Foundation For The Carolinas pays for a significant portion of the cost of the medical Plan(s) and remainsย competitive in both employee premiums and plan design. Our medical coverage is with Cigna, which offers a broad network of providers nationwide.ย
Please note that due to the Health Care Reform legislation, services considered โpreventiveโ could be differentย than what you may have seen in the past. You now have preventive care covered at 100% with no copay orย deductible for ACA mandated services.ย
